Paying Adoption Fee

MABTR Contract

You will have received an email with a copy of the adoption contract which will travel with your new dog.  The contract will have the dog’s details filled out ready for you to complete with your info and sign. Scan and email back to luckypawpals@aol.com or mail it in. Keep a copy for your records as this is a legal document of ownership.  

 

Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee is stated on the contract and online profile. Below are payment options.  INCLUDE transport fee, $35, if relevant.

Note that adoption fees are NOT tax deductible.

Check: payable to MABTR at 19906 Mason St, Elkhorn, NE 68022. Indicate on the memo line “the dog’s name”.
